In 2021, Livability.com named Cary the 47th best city in the United States. I couldn’t agree more with the honor. Better yet is our district’s inclusion of Apex and Raleigh. District 11 is quite beautiful and suburban which has a way of attracting my favorite kind of people; we have the perfect blend of nature and urban development and it produces some of the luckiest people on Earth. Nevertheless, our district struggles with homelessness.
